What types of payments do you accept?
At Scrap Attack Scrapbooking, we accept Visa, MasterCard & Discover on our secure site. (All product & shipping prices are in U.S. funds.)
Scrap Attack Scrapbooking understands that you are concerned about the security of the information you entrust to us. It is very important to us, too. Your personal information as well as the payment information you provide is securely encrypted and protected using the latest encryption and security technologies.
The security of your online business transaction is one of our greatest concerns. Scrap Attack Scrapbooking guarantees that your shopping experience will be safe and worry-free. You may transmit your personal and credit card information on our web site with peace of mind and trust in us. No credit card information is sent un-encrypted on the web.
I would like to order some things, how can I place an order with Scrap Attack Scrapbooking?
We currently offer 3 ordering methods for your convenience:
1. You can order online through our secure site.
2. You can fax us your order to 360-253-7534. Please make sure and include your billing address and shipping address. (Please note that your credit card information and billing address must match exactly for your order to be processed.)
3. You can email us your order at ScrapAttackScrapbooking@msn.com.
Do you have a retail store to shop at?
Unfortunately, we do not. We currently operate an online store only & do not have a physical store front to visit.
Do you accept special orders or large requests for products?
Yes, we will!
Trust me, we know we don't have half of what is available out there, so email us at ScrapAttackScrapbooking@msn.com and we will let you know if we can get it for you. You never know…you may have jump stumbled across a trendy product that more scrappers would love to know about! Unfortunately we can not guarantee that we can get it for you – but we will sure try our best!
How is your shipping and handling calculated?
Our shipping and handling is based on order total and is for "standard" shipping only. Actual shipping total may be greater than advertised due to additional postage on certain oversized or heavy products. Please check the product details for the “Additional Shipping” field. When at all possible we try our best not to charge additional for larger or heavier products. In some cases that is simply not possible. Please see the “Shipping” link at the bottom of our store pages for specifics on shipping charges.
We ship via US Postal Service or UPS Ground on Domestic orders and reserve the right to choose the most economical means of shipping. UPS Ground will not ship to P.O. boxes so we must have a physical address. International Orders are shipped via USPS Airmail and typically take 4-7 business days to arrive. We follow the US Postal Service shipping schedule and will send packages Monday through Saturday.
We know how much you want your goodies so we make every attempt to process your order within 1 business day.
When making payment, your credit card will be charged for your total order amount. Lightweight orders (i.e. adhesives, certain embellishments, ribbon etc.) will have reduced shipping if possible. We will make these adjustments to your shipping and handling charges as “Customer Rewards Points” that can be used towards future purchases. For every $1 that your shipping and handling charges are reduced, you will receive 20 Customer Rewards Points automatically added to your Scrap Attack Scrapbooking account.
Do you charge sales tax?
Currently most companies doing business on the internet use the same taxation rules as those used for mail order. States only require companies to collect sales tax in states where they have business operations. Since Scrap Attack Scrapbooking operates only in the state of Washington, we only charge sales tax on orders shipped to addresses within Washington. There is no tax on gift certificates.

What is the return policy at Scrap Attack Scrapbooking?
All merchandise we receive from our suppliers is in perfect shape. It leaves our hands the way it came in - perfect shape. We want each of our customers to be 100% delighted with their purchase from Scrap Attack Scrapbooking! If you are not pleased with your order we have a 30 day return policy. Please email us at ScrapAttackScrapbooking@msn.com for information on returning the merchandise back to us for a replacement or refund.
*Please note that you will be assessed a 20% restocking fee and your postage will not be refunded. This helps keep our prices low, so thank you in advance for your understanding!
